|Policy||We accept returns of any item. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after arrival or 15 days from purchase date. Customer must contact us to request for a return authorization number. All returns require a Return Authorization Number to be issued prior to being returned. Any returned item must be in its original, unused condition and in same shipping box or envelope received including packing materials, manuals, and all accessories. Customer bears the cost to return the item or product. Opened, used, tested products, or damaged factory sealed manufacturer boxes cannot be returned or accepted. Any returned item must be in an unused condition and in exact shipping box/envelope received. Tracking number must be provided for any return package. If upon receipt and we discover that you have returned damaged or used product and/or with marks, signs of usage, then no refund shall be issued to buyer.
